Accommodation conditions

1. The hotel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Estimated time - 12:00, check-out time - 12:00, check-in time - 14:00.

2. Early check-in / late check-out is paid additionally, it is possible upon check-in under the condition of staying for at least 1 night, if there are free rooms and only after coordination with the administrator:

  • Early check-in from 06:00 to 14:00 is charged as 50% of the daily room rate and is only possible if the room is available and does not include breakfast

  • Check-in from 00:00 to 06:00 is paid as 100% of the daily rate;

  • Late check-out from 12:00 to 17:00 is charged as 50% of the rate per day of stay in the room, and is possible only if the room is available and does not include breakfast.

  • Departure after 17:00 is paid at the full rate.

3.  Payment is charged in advance for each day of stay. When staying for less than a day (24 hours), payment is made for a full billing day in accordance with the set time of settlement. The tourist tax is paid separately for each day of temporary accommodation for each person.

4. A room in the hotel is provided to the guest only upon presentation of a passport or other identity document, as well as a necessarily filled and signed guest registration card.

5. Hotel guests take into account and do not object to the use of video surveillance systems on the territory of the "KROP CITY HOTEL ZIRKA" complex, with the exception of toilet rooms and personal apartments of guests.

6. Breakfast is included in the price of the room. Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00 in the morning. In case of early departure, the guest has the right to pre-order breakfast in the form of a take-out lunch box from the evening of the previous day (until 21:40).

Additional fee

  1. Children under 6 years of age (inclusive) are accommodated free of charge in the same room with their parents without providing an additional bed. Accommodation of children older than 6 years and adults on an additional bed in the room and providing children under 6 years of age with an additional bed in the room will be charged according to hotel rates.

  2. The guest undertakes to treat the property of the Hotel with care, to use the equipment as intended, to keep the equipment of the room in its original form and to comply with fire safety requirements. In case of discovery of loss, damage to property, technical malfunctions, the guest undertakes to compensate for the damage caused, in accordance with the approved tariffs.

No smoking in the hotel!

  1. Smoking of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and hookahs is not allowed in the rooms and in the premises of the Hotel.

  2. For smoking in prohibited places and violations of fire safety, the Guest undertakes to pay a fine of 10 NMDH, according to Article 175.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for each violation and the cost of furniture dry cleaning. In case of repeated violation of the rules, regulations or procedures established in the hotel, the administration has the right to refuse to provide further hotel services without compensation.

It is not allowed in the hotel

  1. Take dishes, cutlery, food and drinks out of the restaurant without prior agreement with the restaurant administration.

  2. To bring and store in the hotel (room) substances, materials and objects dangerous to human life. Bringing explosive, fire-hazardous, toxic, strong-smelling substances, cutting, piercing objects, any types of firearms, gas and cold weapons, as well as other objects that may be dangerous for visitors and staff of "KROP CITY HOTEL ZIRKA".

  3. Leave outside persons in the room after 10:00 p.m. (persons who did not fill out and sign the guest registration card), as well as give them the keys to the room.

  4. Use electronic heating devices that are not included in the number.

  5. Use hotel equipment and rooms for other purposes.

  6. To disturb the peace of the staying guests after 22:00 until 08:00. At this time, the territory must be kept quiet.

  7. Place pets in the rooms, without coordination with the administration.

The Administration reserves the right to refuse the provision of services and to suspend the stay of Guests on the territory of the complex who do not comply with and do not comply with these Rules, including: are in the territory of the hotel room without payment, create unacceptable conditions for the rest of any Guest, violate public order and / or the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine - without reimbursement of funds and other compensations for unused services.
